It’s Monday morning, and if you’re lucky, you have an easy, breezy day ahead🙌

But let’s be honest – most of us face our fair share of challenges and adversities each week. Some weeks are easier than others. If you’re one of the lucky ones with an easier week, I’m genuinely happy for you – enjoy it! 💫

For the rest of us who have more serious matters to tackle 😕 , here are some tips I live by:

-Get your intentions straight. What outcome are you looking for?

-Visualize the end result. This doesn’t need more than a couple of minutes; just see it being handled in your mind’s eye. Get clarity over what your intentions for they day are, and what the end game is for the day.

-Hype yourself up. Remind yourself: you’ve got this, you can do it.

-Put some love in your heart for yourself & meet everything head on. Self-compassion goes a long way.
